Kyra Minturn
Kyraminturn Sedgwick was conceived on August 19 1965. She is an American actor and producer. Her most famous character is that of Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, on TNT's crime series The Closer. Sedgwick won two Emmy Awards in the years 2010 and 2007 for her performance as Johnson. In the final season of the show, Sedgwick was awarded an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award in 2007 as well as an Emmy Award in the year 2010. The series ended August 13 on the 13th of August, 2012. Sedgwick is also remembered for her role in the role of Madeline Wuntch, on the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sedgwick was nominated to a Golden Globe award in 1995 for her performance in Something to Talk About. Sedgwick's film roles include Oliver Stone's Born to the Fourth of July (1989) and Cameron Crowe's singles (1992) The Heart and Souls(93), Phenomenon (1996), What's Cooking (2000) and Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2012). Sedgwick is the daughter of Patricia Rosenwald and is an educator and family therapist, a venture capitalist as well as Henry Dwight Sedgwick VII Speech therapist. Her mother was Jewish. Her father was an Episcopalian who was with English heritage. Sedgwick declares that she is Jewish and has stated that she attends Passover seders.
