Kamala Devi Harris is an American politician. Born on the 20th of October 1964, she was the 49th Vice-President of the United States. She is the first female vice-president as well as the highest-ranking female official of the United America. Harris is a member of the Democratic Party and was previously the attorney general of California between 2011 and 2017. In addition she served as a United States senator representing California between 2017 and 2021. Harris was born and was raised in Oakland, California. Harris began her career at the Alameda County District Attorney's Office prior to her move to the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and later the City Attorney of San Francisco's office. In 2003, she was appointed the San Francisco district attorney. She was elected Attorney General of California in 2010, and then re-elected in 2014.  Emily Rose Compagno is an American lawyer, TV host, and an ex- National Football League, (NFL) cheerleader. She is currently a contributor for Fox News Channel (FNC). She is also the co-host of Outnumbered. Compagno was raised in El Cerrito by John Compagno and Katherine Bertsch. Her father is Italian. She has two siblings. Her great-grandfather William Harry Bertsch won the Silver Star during World War II. The "Rose" Emily's name, is a tribute to Bertsch. She graduated with an B.A. From the University of Washington, she was awarded a B.A. degree in political science. She graduated with an J.D. Emily currently resides in New York City. She is active in non-profits that are dedicated to US veterans, law enforcement K9 and Native American causes.
